"Company" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Trim
    crust
    off top and sides of loaf of French bread. Cut X's across top.
    Place Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces, in
    X's. In
    pan
    melt butter, mustard, onion, poppy seed and lemon juice until all is dissolved.
    Spoon over bread and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
