Sweet And Sour Meatballs (Cocktail) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
    1/4 c. shortening/oil
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg and next 3 ingredients.
    Make 1/2 to 1-inch size meatballs.
    Put shortening/oil in a skillet and cook until golden brown.
    Drain grease.
    In crock-pot preheat chili and jelly.
    After heated place meatballs in crock-pot.
    Let simmer approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low.
    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
