Bread Machine Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/3 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. yeast (just a little less)
Preparation
    Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed, measuring carefully and using a knife to scrape off the excess. Bake as directed by the directions on the bread machine. Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
    (You may also use the dough setting on your machine and when the dough is ready, form it into dinner rolls. Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.)
