Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. sour cream
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs.
Mix sour cream and soda in separate bowl and let stand until foamy.
Add sour cream mixture to egg and sugar mixture and mix well.
Pour into four greased and floured loaf pans (or 10 mini loaf pans 2/3 of the way full).
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
