Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
    4 oz. Kraft natural Cheddar cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.
    Stir in water, catsup and mustard; season with salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Top with cheese; cover. Let stand until cheese melts.
    Makes 4.
