Chicken Acapulco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cut up and cooked
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/3 to 1/2 can diced green chilies
    1/4 Tbsp. onion salt
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer chicken.
    Melt margarine and add flour until smooth, add sour cream until it just bubbles.
    Add soup, chilies and onion salt.
    Blend well, pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add cheese and bake until melted.
    Serve over rice.
