Zucchini Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
    Cook beef and garlic, stir in spices and sauce.
    Mix Ricotta, egg and parsley.
    Place 1/2 zucchini in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Spread 1/2 of Ricotta, 1/2 of beef mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 servings.
