Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Add strawberries and pecans.
    Mix in lightly; do not beat.
    Spoon batter into loaf pans.
    Makes 3 medium loaves or 5 small ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
