Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, partially drained
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Layer pineapple in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix together the sugar and flour.
Sprinkle on top of the pineapple.
Layer the cheese and Ritz crackers.
Top with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
