Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 2/3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 or 3) mashed bananas
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    At medium speed on mixer beat oil and sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and then dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in bananas and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased loaf pan until done or 35 minutes.
    Let cool 20 minutes before turning onto cooling rack.
