Supreme Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewed chicken
    1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems (undrained)
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Bone and skin chicken.
    Stir rice, chicken soup, broth and mushrooms together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with boned chicken and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
