Ricotta Snowflake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; form into a ball and chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a 1/8-inch thickness.
    Use a round cookie cutter or a fluted cookie cutter and cut out shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not let them get too brown.
