Basic Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
Combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
Mix flour, soda and salt.
Blend in flour, mixing alternately with bananas. Stir in nuts.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan and cool completely. Makes 1 loaf.
