Baked Zucchini With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini (about 3/4 lb.)
    3 ripe plum tomatoes (about 1/2 lb.)
    1 medium green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    2 tsp. finely chopped marjoram or 1 tsp. dried
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Trim off the ends of the zucchini and core the tomatoes.
    Cut each into equal horizontal slices. Arrange the slices in an oven-proof baking dish with the edges slightly overlapping.
    Alternate layers of zucchini and tomatoes.
