1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (2.1 oz.) chocolate covered crispy peanut butter candy bars, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar and brown sugar, beating well.
Add egg whites, beating well.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; set aside.
