Honey-Graham Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Robin Hood stone ground graham flour
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/4 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Mix graham flour, honey, shortening, salt and yeast, then add warm water.
Mix together well, then add all-purpose flour, 1 cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle.
