Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil or melted Crisco
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl and make well in center.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well.
Stir just enough to dampen oil ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
