Stuffed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. crushed juice pack pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
    1/4 c. chopped dates
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and prick with fork.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 1 hour or microwave 8 minutes until tender.
    Halve potatoes lengthwise and scoop out pulp.
    Mash and combine with a mixture of the remaining ingredients.
    Pile into shells.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 minutes until potatoes are heated through.
