Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/3 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco, beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients together; stir into pumpkin mixture with dates and nuts.
    Fill loaf pans 2/3 full batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
