Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla, grated zucchini and nuts. Set aside.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to the liquid mixture.
    Stir in until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
