Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 onion
    1 1/2 sticks butter (oleo)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Boil shrimp until pink (don't overcook).
    Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 1/2 sticks oleo.
    Add soups and Minute rice.
    Cover with foil paper and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
