Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Mix egg white and water with a fork or whisk.
Add sugar, salt and spices.
Mix.
Dip pecan halves.
Lay face down on a buttered sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
