Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Add shortening and sugar; beat at low speed.
    Add eggs.
    Batter should be dough-like; chill in refrigerator.
    Roll into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
