Banana Nut Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. Equal
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. skimmed milk
    1 egg
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or use a cooking spray.
