Black Walnut Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    3 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, brown sugar and eggs; add cake flour and blend smoothly.
    Roll in waxed paper in desired size.
    Place in icebox overnight.
    Slice as required.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
