Wild Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Melt the margarine.
Set aside.
Beat the eggs.
Gradually add sugar to eggs.
Add the melted margarine.
Add the cup of milk. Combine dry ingredients and add them.
Mix dough until flour is just blended.
Fold berries into dough.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle top with sugar to give a sparkle.
Bake for one hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
