Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in two loaf pans lined with waxed paper or foil.
