I have a Weber Genesis gas grill that has
Pre bake pizza crusts for approximately 5 minutes.
Use 1 1/2 cups of sauce to cover each pizza.
Pour BBQ sauce over diced chicken and toss to mix well.
Top pizza crusts with BBQ chicken, onions, mushrooms, and pineapple.
Sprinkle 1 cup of each kind of cheese on each pizza, (use more if you like.).
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crusts begin to brown.
Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce to dip your crusts into-Yum!

Classic BBQ Rub:
Combine paprika, salt
Special Equipment: I use a mortar& pestle, however a heavy bowl and the end of a rolling pin does the trick too.
Mix marinade ingredients using mortar and pestle and give a bit of a thump or 3 to bruise rosemary& lemon rind.
Place chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag (removing any air pockets) massage and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat BBQ to Medium to Medium-High.
BBQ chicken for approximately 25 minutes (or until done)- turning regularly.
Squeeze a lemon half over chicken with each turn.
Serve with salad.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press garlic over meaty sides of ribs.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Pour tomato juice over ribs; cover and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from tomato juice and discard juice.
Blend together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire and chili powder.
Bring to boil over medium head; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Place precooked ribs on heated grill, meaty side up.
Brush with BBQ sauce mixture made from ketchup mixture.
Cover and grill 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, Vickers BBQ sauce, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to make a paste. Mop mixture on ribs and cook at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 4 hours on indirect heat on the grill. Baste occasionally during this time. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, Vickers and Kraft BBQ sauce. Baste the ribs with this mixture 1 hour before removing from the grill. Total cooking time 5-6 hours.
Heat oven to 225\u00b0F.
Lay back ribs on sheet of tin foil.
Brush with half the BBQ sauce.
Take a 2nd sheet of tin foil place over the ribs and seal the ribs.
Put into oven (I usually place on a cookie sheet in case of leakage).
Bake for 3 1/2 - 4 hours - take out of oven, Cut open the top of the tin foil package -- brush on more BBQ sauce.
Place under the broiler for 5 minutes or so.
Serve.

Saute beef and onions till done.
Drain, (I wash mine) Put beef back in pan.
Mix in BBQ sauce.
Simmer on low heat at least 15 minutes.
Set aside.
Combine garlic, seasoning salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; rub into roast. Place roast in large Dutch oven and fill half way with water. Add onion. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat, simmer and let cook until meat falls off the bone (approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on size of roast). Place hot roast in a serving bowl and pour on your favorite BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended. Serve!

Pour approx 3 inches water in pan. Add 1/3 can beer. (drink the rest)
Add sliced onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bake 275 degrees 3 - 4 hours until fork tender. Remove from oven.
Pour off 1/2 water.

Refrigerate overnight.
Next day slice thin.
Add more sauce and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
