B.B.Q. Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Brisket
1/3 can beer
1 onion (sliced)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
salt & pepper to taste
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Preparation

Put brisket in roaster.
Pour approx 3 inches water in pan. Add 1/3 can beer. (drink the rest)
Add sliced onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bake 275 degrees 3 - 4 hours until fork tender. Remove from oven.
Pour off 1/2 water.
Transfer meat to plastic container.
Add your favorite BBQ sauce to marinate.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next day slice thin.
Add more sauce and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
