Blend watermelon pieces in blender for about
Start a few hours before you'd like the drinks, by freezing the cubed watermelon.
When you're ready to mix the drinks, squeeze the lime juice into a blender.
Add the frozen watermelon cubes, icing sugar and rum.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
In a blender, puree the watermelon pieces and strain the puree through a very fine sieve set over a pitcher, discarding the solids.
(There should be about 2 1/2 cups juice.)

Cut the watermelon in half using a

Combine sugar and 1/3 cup water over medium heat, stirring, for 2 mins, or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and 6 sprigs of mint. Let cool.
