Follow directions for Tuna Helper only substitute the Frichick for the tuna.

Gently stir in Tuna or immitation crab chunks. Let
Prepare Tuna Helper as directed except use canned chicken. Immediately place into ungreased deep skillet and place uncooked biscuits on top.
Put into a 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake until biscuits are golden brown.
Bring macaroni and salt to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook until tender.
Drain.
Add soup and tuna; mix well.
puree cooked garbanzo beans (the three cups indicated should be already cooked/canned) in a blender -- add water if necessary to get the blender to work.
chop onions and fry in olive oil.
add pureed beans, salt, crushed pepper, and tuna to fried onions. add water until the mixture is of sauce consistency and simmer 10 minutes.
boil pasta as directed on package and drain -- add to sauce mixture.
Cook the pasta.
put in a frying pan, add soup, water, mushrooms, and tuna.
Boil and stir :)
Let stand and serve.

Makes 4 cups.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

This dish is quite different from my usual fare, but my wonderful wife said it is popular in mill towns.
I'll list it under vegetables, but it could be used as a main dish.
