When ordering the rib roast from a butcher,
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Place prime rib in a roasting pan, fat-side up.
Blend olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary together in a food processor. Pour over the roast. Let sit at room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cook until medium-rare or an instant-read thermometer reads at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 60 to 75 minutes more.

FOR THE BALSAMIC BBQ SAUCE:
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan

Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor. Add the tahini, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and seven tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the cans. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the oil while it runs.

Cook 2 pounds of hamburger the night before you will eat this then add the 2 packages of taco seasoning.
Right before you eat it add your cut up onion, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, I crunch the dorito's in the bag and then add the western dressing.

I put 8 hours for the time that I chilled the hamburger meat and taco seasoning.
From the package VERY gently form into 8 burgers. Do not over press, squeeze or mix the meat in anyway. Save that for meatloaf.

Grill over high heat covered, I use charcoal,for 4 to 6 min per side depending on your preference, flipping at the halfway point. Add cheese at the flip if you wish. Serve on toasted buns with ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. I like mine plain.

**If you are going to use this on ribs, chicken, pork, etc., try seasoning the meat with the actual dry rub before cooking then slather on the sauce.

The rib seasoning is a dry rub that should be applied 15 minutes before grilling.
Mix the pickle juice with the water.
During grilling, keep the ribs moist with this mixture.
The barbecue sauce, warmed up in a saucepan, is an ideal accompaniment to the finished ribs.
