Marinate steak overnight.
Broil steak, using marinade as basting sauce.
Place a little grease in frying pan; add a steak.
Let fry until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Fill another pan with water and bring to boil.
Take steak out of frying pan and place in water.
Cook in water until you break one open and it's not red in center.
Take steak out of water and replace back in frying pan. Steak gravy recipe follows.

Season meat with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook over hot coals (or broil) 3 to 5 minutes per side or until done as desired.
Slice meat thin and top with tomato mixture.
Serve over rice and garnish with lime wedges and additional cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!

Grill steak over medium high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting with remaining juice mix.
Slice steak after resting and serve with pineapple.

Place venison steaks in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag.
