Spray your bread pan with Olive Oil spray
Insert all items into bread machine starting with the first listed
he loaf pan of the bread machine.
Let the yeast dissolve
Measure all ingredients and place in bread machine pan in order specified by manufacturer.
Program rapid white cycle (when using spelt flour to prevent overkneading), select light crust, 1 lb loaf, and press start.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack before slicing.
Add ingredients to machine's mixing pan in the order listed.
Use 2 lb loaf setting, for whole wheat. Altho, I find the basic setting on mine works well with the light spelt. My machine also comes close to burning the bottom so I set the browning to light. You know your settings best.
Let the loaf rest on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before slicing.
Place items in bread maker in order given or according to machine instructions and set to wholewheat/light crust setting.

Put the ingredients into your machine in the listed order.
Choose setting on bread machine: light crust, 1.5 pound loaf, either the rapid wheat or whole wheat settings work just fine, depending on how much time you have. After the flour has been added, make a depression in the flour to hold the yeast until mixing begins.
Place ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Bake on normal or basic cycle.
Mine uses a total of 2 1/2 hours to mix, let rise & bake.
Original recipe yield: 1 -1 1/2 pound loaf.
Add water to bread machine, then oil, then flour, then salt, then sugar, then yeast.
Set on \"Normal\" setting (which is 4 hours), with small loaf and light crust settings.
NB: If you use wholegrain spelt rather than wholemeal, then reduce the yeast to 1.5 slightly rounded teaspoons (about 3.5g).

I used the cycle for white bread,Quick or Rapid,& light crust. My bread Machine is a Breadman, so I used Rapid cycle (time 2 hours).
Note: I did have to add a little more milk when it was mixing.

Set to Rapid Bake, Light Crust.
Place water, spelt flour, einkorn flour, oat flour, flax seeds, sugar, butter, salt, and yeast in a bread machine in the order listed by the manufacturer. Run Wheat cycle.
Check dough's moisture level while the machine is mixing; add enough milk to reach a smooth, damp consistency. Remove dough from the machine after the cycle is done, about 1 hour 45 minutes.
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.

Add all the ingredients to the bread pan following the manufactures's directions for your bread machine.
Set the machine for the basic bread cycle.
Select the Medium crust setting.
*Do not use the delay cycle for this bread recipe.
**Optional Powdered Sugar Glaze.
Stir together in a small mixing bowl 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1-2 teaspoons milk to make a glaze to drizzle over the loaf of bread.
Add the ingredients in the order which is directed for your bread machine.
Select the light crust setting and start the machine.
Once the cycle ends, take the bread out of the pan and place it on a cake rack. Allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.

Following the manufacturers directions for your bread machine, add all the ingredients to the bread pan except the cranberries and blueberries.
Set the machine for either the Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle.
Select either a Light or Medium crust.
Add the cranberries and blueberries during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the kneading cycle or at the raisin/nut signal.
