Bread Machine Spelt Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/8 cups water (11 oz)
1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
4 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons wheat gluten
2 teaspoons yeast

Preparation

Place items in bread maker in order given or according to machine instructions and set to wholewheat/light crust setting.
