In a slow cooker, combine black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and celery.

Mix green chili salsa, tomatoes, salsa suprema and cheddar cheese for the sauce, heat in pan on stove top until the cheese is melted. Pour over casserole.
Spread chili peppers in an 8-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam; layer cheeses evenly over.
Beat eggs with evaporated milk, flour and salt; pour over cheese and bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Then pour 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce over top and bake 7 minutes more or until center is set.

Heat oil in frying pan and saute bell pepper and onion chunks until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
