Weight Watchers Broccoli Slaw

Add the broccoli slaw and raisins to a large mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup.
Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Stir well to combine.
Let broccoli slaw rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to redistribute the dressing that will settle on the bottom of the bowl.

Break the ramen noodles apart by hand into bite size pieces over the broccoli slaw mix. Shake well to mix the noodles with the dressing and slaw.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, shaking the bag occasionally to redistribute the mixture.
Just before serving transfer the salad to a serving bowl and toss in the almonds, sunflower seeds and mandarin oranges.

Could not be more easy!
Simply break up the noodles and mix with the slaw , add almonds and Craisins
Mix ramen noodle seasoning packets with the other dressing Ingredients and add to slaw.
Chill for best results
Note you can use any slaw that has some broccoli in it, the store I shop at does not always carry the \"Broccoli\" slaw , The one they have is called Rainbow Salad! Still comes out great!
