Add the broccoli slaw and raisins to a large mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup.
Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Stir well to combine.
Let broccoli slaw rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to redistribute the dressing that will settle on the bottom of the bowl.
In a blender, puree dressing with avocado and oregano.
In a large bowl, combine kale, broccoli slaw, pepper, onion, cranberries and almonds. Add dressing and toss to combine. Season.
Turn heat off and add broccoli slaw mix.

Just before serving transfer the salad to a serving bowl and toss in the almonds, sunflower seeds and mandarin oranges.

Mix ramen noodle seasoning packets with the other dressing Ingredients and add to slaw.
Chill for best results
Note you can use any slaw that has some broccoli in it, the store I shop at does not always carry the \"Broccoli\" slaw , The one they have is called Rainbow Salad! Still comes out great!
*Broccoli slaw mix is a prepared mix of chopped broccoli and a little carrot and red cabbage for color.
