Weight Watchers Broccoli Slaw - cooking recipe

1 (12 ounce) package broccoli slaw mixed salad greens
3 tablespoons plain low-fat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 serving(s) sun maid raisins
Preparation

Add the broccoli slaw and raisins to a large mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup.
Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Stir well to combine.
Let broccoli slaw rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to redistribute the dressing that will settle on the bottom of the bowl.
