HEAT oven to 375\u00b0F.
COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup cooking creme; mix lightly.
SPOON 1/3 of the chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate; top with 1 tortilla, half the remaining chicken mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Cover with second tortilla, remaining chicken mixture, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and remaining tortilla. Top with remaining cooking creme and shredded cheese; cover.
BAKE 20 minute or until heated through; uncover. Bake 5 minute or until cheese is golden brown.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a serrated knife cut baguette into 16 slices. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets.
Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

Combine marinade ingredients in a container with lid. Add Chicken and place in refrigerator overnight.
Combine Pico de Gallo ingredients in a small bowl with lid and place in refrigerator overnight with chicken.
Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Grill skin-side down for about 5 minutes, turn and continue to grill for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. I use my George Forman grill with fantastic results (about 7 minutes).

In Dutch oven or large pot, heat oil.
Add onion and saut 2 to 3 minutes.
Add taco seasonings/spices, tomatoes, beans, corn and chilies; blend well.
In small bowl, gradually blend broth into cornstarch using a wire whisk.
Stir into stew.
Stir in cooked chicken.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Simmer longer for thicker stew.)
Garnish each serving with sour cream and Cheddar cheese if desired.
Sprinkle the pork with flour to lightly coat.
In a large pot (I use a Dutch oven), brown the meat in oil.
Add chiles, chicken stock, vegetables, salt& pepper, and water if needed.
Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium low.
Cover and simmer until meat and vegetables are done, and the stew is slightly thickened (about 3 hours).
You may cook in a crockpot for 6-8 hours.
Serve with flour tortillas.

Stir well.
Put in Dutch oven or pot and add all other ingredients and cook until hot.
Brown beef and 1/2 onion.
Mix other ingredients in pot. Simmer 2 hours.
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and/or onions.
