Sweetened Condensed Milk

Measure water into 2-cup glass measure.
Gradually stir in dry milk powder until smooth.
Microwave on High for 50 to 60 seconds or until milk is steaming hot.

Sweetened Condensed Milk - Sugar Free Substitute

In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, combine cold water and Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, stirring to make a paste.
Cover and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 45 to 60 seconds or until mixture is hot but not boiling.
Stir in Splenda.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Use in any recipe that calls for sweetened condensed milk. Makes equivalent of a 12-fluid-ounce can of commercial brand.

Honey Milk Balls

Mix peanut butter with your choice of honey syrup, molasses or jelly.
Add dry milk a little at a time.
Mix well after each addition.
Form into small balls, about 3/4 across, using your hands.
Roll the balls in crushed flakes.
Chill until firm. Makes small balls.

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Mix sugar, butter and hot water together.
Slowly add dry milk.
This makes 1 3/4 cups.
This is more than the amount in cans purchased in the store, so measure before using.

Dry Cocoa Mix

Mix together the dry milk, sugar, cocoa and salt.
Store in a dry container.
Put 4 to 5 tablespoons mix to 1 cup boiling water. Top with marshmallows.

Make Your Own Sweetened Condensed Milk

Add dry milk to warm water.
Mix well.
Set in a pan of hot water and stir in sugar.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
This is equal to 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

Cafe Cappuccino(Dry Mix)

Combine instant coffee, sugar, dry milk, dried orange peel, and baking soda.
