Cook on high for about 2 hours chicken breasts, chicken stock, tomato sauce, green chilies, cream of chicken soup, taco seasoning, minced onion, and garlic powder.
Take out the chicken breasts and let them cool off enough to touch them. Then dice them up into bite sized pieces. Then, add the chicken back into the crock pot.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir. I covered the pot back up and reduced the setting to low and cooked the rest of the afternoon.

Chop all of your veggies into medium size pieces and add to crock pot.
Add your fresh thyme, bay leaf, and red wine.
In a separate small mixing bowl whisk your flour in with your chicken broth. Add mixture to your crock pot, and lightly mix everything together.
Let cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Crumple up 4-5 foil pieces into balls, or wrap potatoes in foil and place at bottom of crock pot. This will keep the chicken from sitting in it's juices and will make it roast not boil. Plus, if you do it w/ potatoes, you just have to throw together a salad and you're done.
Rinse chicken and pat dry w/ paper towels. Sprinkle all over generously w/ seasoned salt.
Place on top of foil balls in crock pot or on the foil covered potatoes.
Cover and cook on HIGH (very important), for 6 hours or until chicken is done.
Take out that crock pot.
It is important to use either a saucer or a little bowl like I did - so the can does not leave a rust ring on the bottom of your crockpot.
Once the can is in place fill up the crock pot with water till it covers the top of the can.
Put the crock pot on low for 8 hours :)
With tongs take the can out of the water and let sit for 30 minutes ( it is going to be plenty hot).
Slice apples into wedges.
Open the can - stir and enjoy by dipping the apples into the caramel.
