Mix contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs just until moistened. Let stand 5 minutes. Place chicken down center of 12 x 8 baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream or milk; pour over chicken. Spoon some of the stuffing over chicken. Spoon remaining stuffing along both sides of chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fresh sage leaves and flowers.
