Preheat the oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone.
Slice the loaf into \"sticks\" (I cut slices, then cut those in half width-wise) and place on the sheet.
Sprinkle evenly with sugar.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on how moist the banana bread was originally. Cool on the sheets.

In separate bowl, mix flour, soda and salt.
Add to margarine/sugar combo, mix till smooth.
Add sour cream and bananas.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350F for 1 hour(or sometimes I use an 8x8 glass pan, makes for a more cakelike bread - bake for 35-40min).
Bread is done when a toothpick or knife comes out clean from the thickest part. Top will be dark brown, not golden.

Muffins need only 18-20 minutes.
***With this recipe, I usually always make muffins to cut down bake time.
