In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer half each of uncooked noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
Cover with foil.

Cottage cheese can be substituted for Ricotta Cheese.

Mix together the eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add the spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning to ground beef.
In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, layer 1 1/2
cups of sauce, 5 noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture, half of Mozzarella cheese, remaining half of sauce, noodles and cottage cheese.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. You may add olives.
Cook in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.

In a large saucepan brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
Stir in juice, mushroom, tomato paste, and seasonings.
Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally (I put a splatter shield over my pan so that it will not make as big of a mess).
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a 9x13 pan, layer half of each uncooked noodles, meatsauce, cheeses. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minute
Remove foil, bake for 15 more minute
Let stand 15 min before serving.

Make 3 layers of sauce, noodles and cheese on top.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Brown ground beef with onion, salt, sugar, chili powder, garlic and basil.
Drain grease.
Add tomato paste, sauce and water.
Cook together until it boils.
Ladle into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Add cheese and noodles.
Keep repeating, ending with cheese on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Can be frozen for another meal.
Important: Noodles are not cooked!

Place a layer of uncooked noodles (fill in empty spaces with noodle pieces).
Ladle sauce and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.
Make 3 layers.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.

Combine ground beef and spaghetti sauce.
Lay 3 noodles side by side in bottom of baking dish.
Measure out 1 1/3 cups of meat sauce and sprinkle over noodles, smoothing out over the noodles so it pretty much covers the noodles.
Take half of cottage cheese mixture and spoon it over the meat sauce in 5 or 6 clumps.
Use the fork to smooth this out so it covers the meat sauce.
Repeat for 2nd layer.
