Lazy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (4 oz) cans mushrooms
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 (16 oz) carton ricotta cheese
    8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 cups cocktail vegetable juice
    6 oz can tomato paste
    1 tsp oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp salt
    8 oz pkg uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain.
    Stir in vegetable juice, mushrooms, tomato paste, and seasonings.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer half each of uncooked noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
    Cottage cheese can be substituted for Ricotta Cheese.
