Brown hamburger in skillet, remove from grease and place into 4 quart saucepan.
Cook onions and green peppers in left over grease or butter.
Add to hamburger.
Add butter (melted), tomatoes and spices. (not sure butter is needed).
Cook on low-medium heat for about 45 minutes.
Add kidney beans with juice from cans. (I used about half the juice).
Cook for another 15 minutes or just until beans start to split open. (Took way longer than 15 minutes for me).

Cook hot dogs according to package. I make mine in the microwave when cooking this recipe but it is more time consuming this one because I make one at a time.
Warm chili in microwave until hot.
Warm wraps in microwave according to package directions.
Place one hot dog, chili and cheddar cheese (as much as you like - we like a lot of both) in a wrap. Add onions if desired. Serve.

Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add the burritos and fry on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on a paper towel.
While burritos are frying, heat the chili on stove or microwave.
To serve:
Plate the burrito, top with a ladle of chili, add a handful of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and onion.
Sprinkle a few jalapenos on top.
Finish with a couple tablespoons of salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
Cook the meat until brown, then drain.
In a big pot, put the meat, the beans and the can of soup.
Fill the can with water and add that.
Stir all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Add the chili powder to taste in the pot.
Put the lid on and cook chili between low and medium for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
