GINGERBREAD CASTLE:
**For my gingerbread structures, I like to build
For Gingerbread:
Position rack in center
o butter mixture and knead for 1 minute. Cover with plastic

Add dry pudding mix and flour and spices.
Mix well.
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick and cut with gingerbread man cutter or shape gingerbread man by taking small pieces and shaping it free hand.
Add decorations.
Bake on greased sheet in 350\u00b0F oven for 10 minutes.
Makes enough dough for 6-7 gingerbread men.

Cream butter and brown sugar; add molasses and blend.
In a separate bowl, blend all other ingredients and then combine with butter mixture.
Cover dough and chill until firm.
Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface.
Cut out gingerbread man shapes with cookie cutter.
Place on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
After cooked, decorate and ice.

For the wet ingredients, using

Then eat.

You can

Stir in flour with soda, baking powder, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Chill dough.

Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, molasses and ginger (mixture will be soft).
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.

Place on ungreased baking sheet 3 inches apart.
Decorate with assorted candies, decors or raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Remove immediately to cooling rack. Makes 12 to 14 (6-inch) men.
For Cake:.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
