Sift flour onto

Preheat the oven to

Roll out pastry dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Peel and slice apples.
Spread over pastry.
Sprinkle with sugar, flour and cinnamon.

Place in greased loaf pan. Cover with milk.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until well browned.
Delicious eaten as a dessert or an accompaniment for a main meal.
