Grease a 9x12 pan.
Scald milk. Add sugar and butter. Mix until butter is melted. Cool.

Combine all ingredients (spinach, soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream) and put into a hollowed out loaf of Hawaiian sweet bread.

In deep skillet brown the ground beef.

After 5 minutes add ketchup mixture to beef. Mix well, cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Put on sweet bread and top with cheese.
Break bread in cubes in greased pan or dish, 15 x 10-inch. Sprinkle with raisins and coconut.

Choose the program for white or sweet bread.
Press start.
Add ingredients in order given.
Bake on \"sweet bread\" setting.
Place ingredients into pan in the order recommended by your ABM.
Use settings for sweet bread or light crust if your machine has them.
Toss the raisins with bread cubes; set aside.

Success Hints: Add orange extract with water, away from yeast.
This is a great\"beginner bread\" for kids to make.
It's deceptively simple and everyone loves it!

This recipe can be made using the regular, rapid and delayed time bake cycles.
Following the manufacturers directions for your bread machine, add all the ingredients to the bread pan except the cranberries and blueberries.
Set the machine for either the Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle.
Select either a Light or Medium crust.
Add the cranberries and blueberries during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the kneading cycle or at the raisin/nut signal.

All ingredients must be at room temperature. Add ingredients in your bread machine owner's manual. (Mine says add liquids first).
Add fruit and nuts at the appropriate moment. (Mine beeps).
Set bread machine on basic bread making setting. Crust light.
If desired, dust bread with confectioners' sugar after bread has cooled.
Add all ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine.
The original recipe recommends the white bread setting. I used my whole wheat setting to warm the ingredients prior to mixing.
Press \"START\".
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in except raisins and glaze in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
Use sweet or basic/white cycle.
Add raisins at raisin nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
Make glaze (optional): Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
Drizzle over loaf.
