Sprinkle with salt & pepper & lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake at 425\u00b0F for 7 minutes or until crust just begins to brown. Remove from oven.
Spread ricotta, smoked Gouda, & roasted garlic on top.
Distribute onions, tomatoes & eggplant on pizza and put back in oven for 6-8 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Press dough onto baking sheet and top with garlic, cheeses, and pepper flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, and bake 15 to 18 minutes.
Top the cooked pizza with lettuce, salami, roasted peppers, hot peppers, artichokes or mushrooms and olives, cut into squares and serve.
Combine ground beef, tomato paste, chorizo or pepperoni, oregano, garlic, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Now it's time to cook the burgers. Ray's directions are for grilling: cook burgers for 5 minutes on each side over medium-high gas heat or charcoal. But I bet you can just pan fry them or pop them on an indoor grill.
In the last minute, melt a slice of provolone on each burger. Serve with romaine lettuce and slice tomato on crusty rolls.

Place chili, cream cheese, scallions, and cilantro in a small pot over low heat and cook until hot and cheese melts to combine with chili.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with pretzel rods and/or chips for dipping.
Pre bake pizza crusts for approximately 5 minutes.
Use 1 1/2 cups of sauce to cover each pizza.
Pour BBQ sauce over diced chicken and toss to mix well.
Top pizza crusts with BBQ chicken, onions, mushrooms, and pineapple.
Sprinkle 1 cup of each kind of cheese on each pizza, (use more if you like.).
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crusts begin to brown.
Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce to dip your crusts into-Yum!

Cut into wedges for lunch or dinner or cut into squares to use as an appetizer.
